With the mind set of "athletes first, winning second", the 8U Orange Warriors are coached and managed with the belief that true team success is the fruit of camaraderie, hard work, discipline, and character. The effort to structure a competitive but enjoyable environment that inspires our ball players to maintain the right character on and off of the field is a crucial part of the WBA philosophy. The belief in community pride and respectful competition is another key ingredient that is regularly emphasized to our ball players as a priority for them and their teammates.
Head Coach Scott Hanes and Assistant Coach Mark Zach are the drivers behind these competitive philosophies and are both passionate about helping all of the 8U Orange Warriors achieve not only improvement in their baseball skills but their character as respectful young men as well. |
We Always Hustle. The 8U Orange is a scrappy bunch of young ballplayers who regularly look to make positive things happen on the diamond with a heads up and aggressive mindset.
